It's just down the street from 44 Montgomery, the building where they did the jump at the end of the film. MacLean notes that Lana Wachowski appreciated the gothic architecture and arched windows of this particular building. Wachowski had a preference for gothic architechture, semi-circular windows, and a brutalist style. Joe & The Juice does make a good Cortado. The Matrix Resurrections is the property of Warner Bros.
